Shipping: Domestic
Products in the shirt shop are printed to order and will be shipped within 1-2 weeks. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping: Canada + International
Shipping to Canada is currently a flat-rate of $12.
My shirt shop is very new and I will be adding international shipping as requests come in. If I don’t currently ship to your country, please email me at hello@jessiemartin.com and I will do my best to get my products to you!
I cannot be held responsible for loss, damage or late delivery for any item I send.
Returns
I do my best to be as descriptive as possible in the item description, take true-to-life photos and answer any questions you may have in a timely fashion before you purchase. However, returns are inevitable.
Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. Please email hello@jessiemartin.com with your order number and I will get you taken care of right away!
At this time I am using a third party company to print my products and they do not accept returns or exchanges for buyers remorse or wrong sizes. If you have a sizing issue, please email me at hello@jessiemartin.com with your order number - however please know I cannot guarantee a refund or an exchange.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, I cannot refund the original cost of shipping
